La Ribera del Duero
This fall, join us in Spain’s Ribera del Duero, a region where time slows down and the landscape tells stories of centuries past. From the rustic charm of Roturas to the medieval streets of Peñafiel, we’ll explore the hidden gems of the Duero valley. Along the way, we’ll visit local bodegas to taste the region’s renowned wines and learn about the winemaking traditions that define this area. Over three restorative nights, we’ll connect with the land, the locals, and each other.
Valencia
Then we’ll make our way to Valencia, a vibrant Mediterranean city full of color, culture, and coastal charm. Where old-world charm meets modern Mediterranean flair, Valencia is a city that pulses with color, creativity, and coastal energy. Stroll through ancient streets lined with orange trees, marvel at futuristic architecture in the City of Arts and Sciences, and unwind on sun-drenched beaches just steps from the city center. Known for its vibrant markets, rich history, and irresistible paella, Valencia offers the perfect blend of culture, relaxation, and adventure to close out your Spanish journey.

Ribera del Duero: Arrive in Madrid, where a private transfer will whisk you away to the village of Peñafiel in Valladolid. Activities will include yoga & breathing workshops, visiting the castle, wine tasting and vineyard tours, traditional barbecues, local cuisine, and more.
Segovia / Valencia: Travel in comfort to Valencia, pausing in the beautiful town of Segovia for curated cultural experiences en route. In Valencia, activities will include city excursions for sight-seeing, a boat tour of Albufera lake, a paella cooking class, and more.
Retreat Wrap-Up: Conclude your retreat and depart from Valencia—or extend your journey and keep exploring on your own or with new friends.

Conditions
Minimum Participation Requirement
Each retreat requires a minimum number of participants in order to proceed. We recommend waiting until the trip is confirmed before booking your flights, or opting for fully refundable tickets. If the minimum number of travelers is not met, we will contact those who have reserved a spot to either offer a modified experience or provide a full refund of the deposit.
Payments
A 50% non-refundable* deposit must be made to reserve your spot. Payment in full must be made by September 16, 2025. The final date to register/pay in full is September 16, 2025. *If the retreat does not meet the minimum number of participants, guests who have reserved their spots will be offered a modified trip experience or a full refund of their deposit.
Pricing Based on Double Occupancy
Retreat rates are based on double occupancy. If you prefer a private room, a supplemental fee will apply. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to reserve a private accommodation.
Arrival / Departure Times
Airfare is not included in the retreat price. We will provide recommended arrival and departure time windows so you can coordinate your travel accordingly. Airport transfers will be arranged based on these suggested windows.
