Nonrefundable Bookings

All bookings are nonrefundable. Once your payment has been submitted, it is considered final. No refunds—either full or partial—will be issued under any circumstances.

 

Retreat Cancellations by Tres Rizos

In the rare event that Tres Rizos Travel Collective must cancel a retreat due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of your retreat payment.

 

Required Travel and Cancellation Insurance

All participants are required to purchase travel, medical, and trip cancellation insurance. This insurance should cover:

• Trip cancellation and interruption

• Medical emergencies

• Travel delays or disruptions

• Personal circumstances that prevent you from attending

We are not affiliated with any insurance providers. It is your responsibility to choose a policy that meets your needs. We recommend carefully reviewing your chosen provider’s terms and coverage options.

 

Documentation for Insurance Claims

We will gladly provide any documentation needed to support your refund claim through your travel insurance provider.

 

Modifications to Your Booking

Please note that our nonrefundable policy also applies to any modifications made after booking. Once confirmed and paid, no refunds or credits will be issued for changes to your reservation.

 

Booking Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another person, pending our approval. Please reach out with the replacement’s details for our team to review. Approval is not guaranteed and will be granted at our discretion.
